Our studio makes its home in the historic village of Zoar, what was once known as the Weaving Haus (where flax was woven into linen and rag rugs). Built around 1820, this shop was also the home of Edna Bimeler Lueking, another artist of historic Zoar.

Founded in 1817, Zoar takes its name from the biblical town where Lot fled while seeking refuge from Sodom. A seven pointed star of Bethlehem was chosen as the Zoarite emblem, and awarded to those who did an especially good deed.

We proudly display our star to recognize the many good design deeds we do for our clients.
